2. Products & Services

We offer custom 3D printing services based on customer-provided STL, OBJ, or 3MF files. All products are made to order and personalized based on your instructions.

3. Pricing

All prices are shown in EUR. Shipping costs may vary depending on your location and are displayed before payment.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

5. Refunds & Returns

As our products are made to order and customized, no returns or refunds are accepted unless the product arrives damaged or unusable. In such cases, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

6. File Responsibility

The customer is responsible for providing a printable 3D model. If the file is not suitable for printing (e.g. broken mesh, corrupted file), we will contact you before proceeding. Minor automatic repairs may be applied.

7. Liability

We are not responsible for any damage caused by misuse of the printed objects. Our items are not certified for structural, electrical, or food use unless otherwise stated.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Your data will only be used for order processing and will never be shared with third parties.
