We offer custom 3D printing services based on user-submitted files (STL, OBJ, or 3MF). Each item is made to order and may vary slightly depending on the print settings and materials used.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in EUR or RON.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal. Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.

5. File Upload and Responsibility

Customers must provide a printable 3D model.
We are not responsible for defects caused by the original file unless pre-processing or repair services are requested.
Files must be under 80 MB and in STL, OBJ, or 3MF format.

6. Production and Delivery

Production time varies (typically 2–5 business days).
Delivery time depends on your location. Tracking is provided when applicable.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of each order, no returns or refunds are offered unless:

• The item is damaged on arrival

• The wrong model was sent
  You must notify us within 5 days of receiving the product, with photos.

8. Use and Safety Disclaimer

Our printed items are intended for non-functional and decorative purposes only.
They are not certified for structural, electrical, mechanical, or food-contact use.
We are not liable for any misuse.

9. Intellectual Property

By submitting a file, you confirm that you have the right to use and reproduce that design. We do not accept responsibility for unauthorized or copyrighted designs.

10. Privacy

We only collect the information necessary to process and ship your order. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
